Refund Policy

At M & M Press Prints, all items are made to order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged due to an error in printing or production, we are happy to offer a replacement.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos showing the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Once the defect is confirmed, a replacement will be issued at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color differences due to screen displays

  • Design or spelling errors approved at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused after delivery

Fundraising Orders

All fundraising items are considered final sale. Replacement requests for fundraising orders will only be accepted if the item is confirmed to be defective.
